Comrade Jerry Jodoin 1924 - 2011

Comrade Jerome was a Charter Member of the Barrhaven Branch and a
strong supporter. His specialty was in organizing and conducting a variety of
special fundraisers. He helped to raise significant funds for us and did not
hesitate to dig into his own pockets to assist in a needy cause.

 Jerry celebrated his 87thbirthday party with us in the Clubhouse. Many Comrades, friends and relatives attended. Everyone had a great time! Jerry had a proud history as a member of the Royal Canadian Navy, where he served during WWll. He is one of a few Canadian sailors who sailed in the Atlantic, Pacific and Arctic Oceans. He was a much-decorated serviceman, a great Comrade and proud member of the RCL Barrhaven Branch 641.
